When we renovated this space in 2024, we had one thing in mind — creating a venue worthy of the moments that matter most. Nestled in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, The Neighbor blends historic charm with a modern aesthetic that feels elevated without being stuffy. Every detail was designed with hosting in mind. From the sound system to the lighting to the layout — this space was built to hold a really good party.
The Neighbor is a full-service venue — and we mean that. Every package includes use of the space, tables, chairs, linens, and our curated decor closet. Our in-house bar team handles all things drinks, and our professional sound system is yours to use. An upstairs bridal suite gives your wedding party a beautiful, private space to get ready before the celebration begins.

"We had our wedding reception at The Neighbor & were amazed by the service Alex provided. She met up with us as many times as we wanted within days to ensure set up would be seamless and helped us execute our dream reception. The drinks were amazing. There was even an option to have a champagne tower. They managed our catered buffet, making sure everything was stocked at all times. The venue was so spacious, and we had around 120 people there! Bartenders served wine and beer upon entry to create a buffer for the bar and everyone loved it. I can not say enough good things about this place and the owners! Thank you guys so much for a perfect night!"

For weekend weddings, there is a parking lot right across the street that is a county building and unoccupied on the weekends. There is also street parking all along Mountain Ave., Mason St., and the surrounding streets. There is also a parking garage one block away on Mountain.
